Tarot Readings
Tarot readings and consultations by myself are, by their nature, subjective and are a very personal experience between myself and the questioner. I am an experienced and genuine professional reader who acts in the best interests of the client to provide the service requested by the client. No complete guarantees can be given for information supplied, but all information is supplied in good faith.
No refund will be given for readings as they are for guidance only.

Payments
All payments for readings, reports, classes, workshops, and/or services must be made prior to an appointment for a booking to be confirmed.

Appointments
Clients wanting an Appointment for a Reading or Consultation will be emailed confirmation within 72 hours after payment is received. If for any reason I find myself unavailable on the scheduled date after having received payment, then an alternate date will be offered or your monies refunded in full.

Cancellations
Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in no refund. Should you wish to reschedule full payment will be due for the new reading. If the reader needs to cancel at any time the client is within their rights to ask for a refund.

Refunds
Refunds are not applicable after a reading has taken place.

Time Zones
Please make allowances for different country time zones as in some cases replies may take longer.
